RUNKO GROUP produces and sells round timber, produces sawn wood, finished details and parts for the furniture industry, and cleft dry birch wood.
Roundwood production and distribution
RUNKO GROUP produces round timber of broadleaved (aspen, birch) and coniferous (spruce, pine) species. All round timber products, which are not used on our own production lines, are sold primarily in the Russian market.
RUNKO GROUP is the main supplier of the pulp-and-paper mills and wood board producing companies in the Leningrad and Novgorod Regions. The products are transported by road, as well as in containers by railway or water.

Timber and furniture elements production and distribution
RUNKO GROUP produces dry and dressed lumber of various sections and lengths that are divided by sorts according to the requirements of the delivery contracts or according to the technical specifications of the customer. The company also produces elements of furniture of any humidity made of birch raw materials. The ready-made products are sold on the basis of long-term agreements and contracts in the domestic and foreign markets (England, Italy, China, Baltic countries).
The volume of sawn timber production in 2019 was 2.6 thousand m³.

Firewood production and distribution
RUNKO GROUP uses mainly birch and alder for the production of firewood. The process of production consists of splitting, stoving and various types of packaging: in boxes and meshes of different sizes. On a first priority basis, the firewood is exported to the USA, England, Norway, Sweden, and Finland, on a second priority basis – to Saint Petersburg and the Leningrad Region.
The volume of firewood production in 2019 was 12.5 thousand m³.

Furniture production
In 2021, the group of companies launched a new area of operation – production and distribution of wooden furniture, made of its own raw materials.
As for today, three models of self-assembled chairs in different colors, made of birch veneer and solid birch blanks, with cushioned seats have been developed and produced. The chairs are made of birch veneer that is produced at the factory in Mga and solid birch blanks produced at the factory in Tikhoritsy. The chairs can be easily disassembled, they are anti-vandal and at the same time very durable.
The first batch was produced in the amount of 1,000 units.
